HiColor is a permanent hair color brand from L'Oreal Techniques specifically formulated for dark hair bases. All shades in the line provide multi-level lift to dark hair in a single step without brassiness. The shades are mixed in a 1:1.2 ratio with Oreor Crème Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Processing time is 30 minutes at room temperature.
